"They tow truck company they have will tow your vehicle for any reason!! Then to top it off they charge you extra in hidden fees to get your car back! And the stray cat population is a big problem"

"The best place to live! I just moved in but lived here for a year in the past. Wonderful quiet and very peaceful community with so many amenities. Apartments include granite countertops spacious rooms, accent white cabinets and large balconies! I love that I get my washer and dryer in my unit. Everything down to the kitchen sink is just perfect!! Did I mention the serene life culture that’s lived here? Top-tier!! Management, the most wonderful people to talk with!! Especially Casie, thank you for making the move-in seamless. These ladies are supper responsive and the level of professionalism, unmatched! Shout out to the group of girls in the office!! Plus your work appearance, very elegant, formal and your mannerism… you just don’t see this anywhere else! Let’s not forget about maintenance, ran very efficiently with the app., I simply just enter my work orders and don’t have to worry about having to call the office to get these arrangements done through them. I believe it’s the best idea any apartment complex could have. Eliminates the influx of calls coming into the office and leaves more time and open available lines for future residents to call in. Just keeps business running well this way. Maintenance is the fastest, do it right and friendly employees that I could have met. Furthermore, I knew I made the right decision coming to light be here! Kudos to The Cove!"

"This place is bad. The bugs on the sidewalk at night is a big mess it’s nasty. The clientele is lower and you can tell . This apartment is over priced . Gates never locked never homeless runs free. It’s trash they office does nothing . Cars are broken into all time why gates all open . Car was vandalized. Pets run loose all over poop everywhere I give this place 0 stars"
