"For 55 and older apartments. This place is really run down. Grounds are really trashy. I went to look at them and drove around and I would never rent here."

"The pool never looked like the picture. It mostly was chain locked. Very high rent for what is offered, which is next to nothing. Managers and maintenance we're often very rude. In fact, lots of the residents weren't very nice either. Hope that Rosie W was forced out!"

"This building is infested with bed bugs. I feel like the health Dept needs to step in and do something about this. It is a huge issue because whoever goes into the building or goes to visit someone is at risk of getting bed bugs and spreading them as well. They are making residents pay to have their apartments sprayed. These are our senior cutizens and many if not all are on fixed incomes. They deserve better. They do not have a regular manager but two part time managers who never seem to be there. Internet is always down and it takes forever for it to get fixed. They have a pool but it is not heated and was originally advertised as a heated pool. I have seen the quality of this building spiraling downhill especially over the last few years."

"Has bed bugs. Charging residents for spraying. Doesn't have a full time manager. Has 2 part-part time, so they don't know what the other is doing. Internet is always going down. Internet has not worked in weeks."

"Was told there was a solar heated pool, a big plus for someone with fibromyalgia and osteo arthritis; however, no heated pool at all. The maintenance of the grounds and pool is very poor with the pool turning green on a regular basis, plants dying, branches blown from trees left on grounds for weeks. Not big branches but about four feet long. Many twigs , dead leaves, and small pieces of trash not cleaned up. Maintenance work orders not done in a timely manner. Often times work on a work order is started then left to sit for days, only when a call is made to the manager is the work completed. No preventive maintenance is done. We are on our fourth manager in three years. Upper management ignores complaints, they make no effort to contact residents who have filed complaints. Everyone who lives here are low income seniors and have no funds to find different housing. If you speak up about anything management claims harassment and one receives a 5 day notice. When asked to provide specifics on harassment the request was ignored. That, to me would be considered retaliation, which is illegal by state and federal laws. The residents are for the most part kind, respectful, and compassionate people. However, they are not treated with respect by some in management. There are other inadequacies but it would take too long to list."
