"I can't wait for my stay come this summer. I called to gather all the information need and spoke with Crystal she was very helpful and kind to help me as I have a large family and pricing of hotels can be outrageous she helped me make it possible. I have stay a year ago and my kids loved it the employees were every kind. My kids didn't want to leave the place. We also dealt with Crystal during that stay and she made my kids so comfortable they didn't want to leave when it was time to go. I highly recommend staying here and asking for Crystal to help book your stay."

"I recently visited the Best Western in Surprise, AZ and unfortunately had a very unpleasant encounter that compelled me to share my experience. While waiting in the hotel’s lobby I heard a very loud and obnoxious woman, who later identified herself as the hotel’s general manager, engaging in derogatory slurs and name calling towards the hotel’s owners. Not only was her behavior offensive and disrespectful, but she also failed to acknowledge my presence as a guest. Her derogatory comments, including the use of racial slurs like “dot heads” and “cheap”, were completely uncalled for and deeply hurtful. It was disheartening to hear such unprofessional conduct, especially coming from someone in a leadership position. When I approached her to inquire about the hotel’s general manager, she shockingly revealed that she was indeed the one in charge and that her name was Crystal. This encounter left me feeling insulted and offended, and I made an immediate decision not to stay at this hotel. I believe it it crucial to bring this incident to the attention of the hotel’s corporate office. Such behavior should not be tolerated, and it is essential that the owners be aware of the actions of their employees and safety of their guests. I intend to contact corporate to express my concerns and provide them with the necessary details of the incident, including the date, time, and location. It is my hope in sharing this review, I can contribute to ensuring a more respectful and inclusive environment for future guests. I don’t normally write reviews but this incident was so shocking. No one should have to endure such offensive behavior during their stay at any establishment."

"Best Western is a nice standard of hotels. Although we did not stay here this time, we have stayed here before. We like the rooms, but they might be 5 star worthy. They are still really nice and always clean! The staff is really nice and very helpful. We appreciate they stay at this Best Western!"
