"The staff was nice and helpful. Very friendly. Glad it was only a night stay because when getting ready to go to bed saw that there was black stains on the sheets also red splotches like dried blood, had to go and ask for new bedding. Also coffee make had moldy old coffee in it like it was never cleaned. The room had a weird smell and found out quick it was coming from the fridge since there was a puddle of old water. It seemed like the room was never clean."

"This is the worst I've ever stayed at.. No parking I guess storage containers are worth more the customers.. showers are small no water pressure. Beds are hard as rock ..and staff will still from you don't leave anything of value in your room. Lost a ring and cell charger to dishonest desk clerk. If no stars were a option that's what this over priced night stay would deserve."

"Location was the reason for staying here. It was close to family. Rooms were pretty dated.. tile in bathroom floor was loose and no grout. No hangers provided.. the room was clean. But. Dated and well used. Also going left on Bell, is impossible while staying here..."

"I received the absolute best customer service from Erik and Cynthia. These two great employees know how to run a front desk and hotel to accommodate guests. Not only was I treated with the utmost of respect, I witnessed them consistently offer the same welcoming how can I help you attitude to other guests. The awesome staff who took care of the rooms made sure they were spotless and well stocked. When I asked for an extra towel I got two. Obviously a trickle down of wonderful management. I would happily stay here again."
