"If you're making your way to Surprise, AZ I HIGHLY recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. We were here for spring training and it is walking distance to the ballpark. Not only is the location good, the service is wonderful. We met the GM Nahla and she was nothing but accommodating. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The continental breakfast has very good options (and our daughter loved the pancake maker). The rooms are clean and, perk, the rooms are stocked with 8 oz bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Leave those liquids at home! Needless to say, we will be back."
"Very friendly staff, beautiful spacious room, ten minutes from my brothers house, a bit pricey - but I think that was due to it being spring training and this hotel and two others are used by the players. Loved the breakfast in the morning! It was not an extravagant spread, but just enough! I wish they would open it earlier though. Will definitely stay here again in the future, just not during spring training....LOL"
"Booked a room due to having a really stressful night. As I'm literally at the light on Bell, I get a call saying that they cancelled my room because it was full. So me and my wife spent the night trying to find hotels."
"Perfectly located hotel in the middle of Surprise. Plenty of places nearby for meals. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of channels. Showers are decent. The only downside might be the free breakfast. If you see them offering a cheese omelette, just leave it there. You could play hockey with it. Absolutely inedible."
"Amazing service, breakfast and rooms. Front desk staff was extremely hospitable especially Diana! Very accommodating for our wedding day."
