"This store smelled like cigarettes throughout, it was disgusting and when I said something to the cashier, he just agreed and said it’s because so many employees there, smoke, and that it bothers him as well! They must smoke all day because this is a pretty large store. So to have it smelling this bad is a lot of smoking! Heck they may just be smoking inside for all we know!"

"I use this place all the time. Drove up here to use the printer and shipping services. The guy at the desk told me he couldn't put a 11x10 envelope in the mailbox because they don't ship car parts,The package was 7 ounces. I was going to buy a printer from this place, but I think Ill go to Walmart now. What's the point of having a shipping center when you cant handle a 7oz envelope. Poor customer service on Andrew's part."

"When I came into the store to pick up a print order, I walked to the print counter and gave them my name, because that is what I was told to do: The man and woman behind the counter (at 11:30 am on Saturday, October 30th) at the Southern Ave, Mesa AZ location interrupted me and said my order was on the shelf behind me. They only put out half of my order and the other half was behind the counter with my name on it in large letters. They were very rude. They lost the third poster. Didn't verify who I was. Didn't verify that I had my entire order. It was incredibly unprofessional and honestly embarrassing to see two employees who simply don't want to be at work but feel forced to be there."

"Hard to find decent customer service these days. As if paying double or triple isn't enough that we also have to deal with the rudeness and argumentative personalities from employees. It was a simple question, "How long will it take?" I will take responsibility for waiting last minute to place an order but certainly asking how long something will take to process shouldn't be too terribly difficult to figure out. Look at your orders and try and give me an estimated time frame. No need to be rude or argumentative."
