"I stopped in here to purchase a sectional. The store manager was very nice and helped me. Everything was running smooth until a few weeks ago. I called and spoke with Marcus to discus with him pertaining to my upcoming payment. One payment..... I advised I would be running a little behind making the payment due to having surgery and was off from work for a while. He said okay. I will note the account as a promise to pay with your next payment. A week later Marcus is repeatedly calling my phone all times of the day. Mind you I have set hours on my profile stating to only call between the hours of 9am-12pm so why am I being harassed? The day I was released from surgery I immediately called Marcus. I asked what's going on? Why are you calling me. He said I'm calling because you missed your payment. I politely answered excuse me?! ....I spoke with you on December the 11th at 2:13 pm. And this is what you stated. (Recited his direct words of the promise to pay) His reply was oh it was a human mistake. No one noted your account. No sir that isn't a human mistake. First of all it is very unprofessional for anybody to call to call me outside of the hours listed on my profile. Secondly, I spoke directly to you Marcus. How dare you be this inconsiderate to call me knowing I just had surgery? This guy has no remorse, no professionalism, and shouldn't be a manger of anything if this is how he treat his new customers. He then tell me. Well your payment is now at 140 and you'll have another late fee with your next payment. (Lies) I can't believe the lack of humanity.. I told Marcus to come pick up his merchandise. I will cover what I owe but I will not be harassed, disrespected , mistreated or talked down to. I have never missed a payment up until this point. I made sure to pay my late payment plus my upcoming payment 2 days before it was due. Based on the reviews. I can see this guy is a problem! Why haven't corporate done anything? Why is he allowed to be unprofessional, and disrespectful towards his clients? I need answers. Something has to be done. Or we can call a club a club and you all can come pick up your merchandise. I refuse to spend my hard earn money with a store manager or company like this. Don't reply and tell me to call corporate. I already have!!!"
