"This Savers is absolutely horrible. My daughter found something special she wanted and it had no price tag on it. I took it to the checkout and they refused to price it because it was on a Monday. It broke my daughter's heart. I will never be back. Everything is over priced anyway!!"
"This store is very well maintained and managed. What people like Brittany G, who seems to enjoy bullying the young adults that are getting a FT college education AND working FT where the meth heads and thieves tend to hang out, didn't bother to divulge is that she was caught on camera taking off her clothes in the store. That made her a little testy. Yes Brittany, even stores like Savers have cameras EVERYWHERE."
"Avoid this location if you can. 2 stars ONLY because for the short time I was there, I found some decent stuff, and some prices weren’t terrible (but most were still WAY overpriced, and also had a tone of Cat/Dog hair all over most of their clothes) The manager “Allison/Ally” or whatever her name is, is extremely condescending and rude in the way she talks to you. Also they have no fitting rooms (maybe it’s an Arizona thing idk) cuz apparently since Covid they took them all out (not in any State I’ve lived in, and I’ve bounced around a lot) so they give you no other option besides purchasing ALL the clothes, going home to try them all on, and returning what doesn’t fit which is insanely inconvenient and annoying. Savers needs to get it together and put fitting rooms back in their stores, and secondly teach their management staff to not be such condescending drill sergeants to their customers."
"Probably one of the worst thrift stores I’ve been too. Impossible to find stuff you want. I get there early on purpose to look at the new racks. And the grannies workin there just move them when I come up to look at them. Why do you make it so difficult for customers to shop! Just leave the damn new racks to be looked through if a customer wants too. Jesus, why do y’all always have a problem with me. I feel like the store is closet racist, cause everytime I see someone else lighter than me “white” in the store and talk to the employees they always get the kind sweet treatment. Meanwhile I have a bit more melanin and every single time I’ve had an issue or some worker not being nice or doing something that was weird that I’ve never seen them do to anyone else! Like seriously you moved the rack when you saw me looking at some items cause I was interested. I just know if the kid behind me came alone to the rack you were working on, you wouldn’t have moved it, and would have let him look through it. Literally I always have a problem when I’m here"
"I love this place! Every Monday it’s half off the whole store. This place is clean and organized. They have a great variety of Brandon qualities. They have a great department of clothing. They don’t have a ton of furniture. They have a huge lot of shoes and bags. You will always find nice winter clothes here."
