"Wonderful experience; however, there are a few items that has been repaired. For example, the back porch door needs a new screen. Plus, my refrigerator filters are not the correct size. I told this information to the maintenance. Unfortunately, these tasks were not resolved."

"We enjoyed renting with Real Property Management. Sara was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. When we had an issue, it was dealt with promptly. You can text their corporate numbers and generally get a response in 24 hours. If you're a homeowner, they are a great option to rent through. The leases are ever in your favor :) I would advise future lenders that they are pretty particular about checkout. Ask them to fix anything that is normal wear and tear before checkout. We had the place professionally cleaned, we filled and painted over all the holes on the walls, but were still charged $50 to replace a broken door stop. Kind of a disappointing "adios." But that was our only less-than-awesome experience with RPM. Everything else was great and we would happily rent from them again. Thank you Sara, RPM and team!"
