"Awesome, yet terrible! The service was outstanding. I arrived at my appointed, hooked up my trailer and was on my way. On the way home the trailer had a blowout. It took 6 hours for the repair guy to show up. Now, this is no reflection on the dealer. They are not allowed to service the equipment. However, an inspection might have triggered a request for repairs. I was able to keep the rental an extra day, no charge. Again, customer service wad top notch and I would definitely recommend and return to this dealer."

"We were on our road trip from Vancouver. We hit the mileage for the next car service and planned to at least do an engine oil replace. Happened to find this shop right across the railway station. Mike took us instantly and he was very meticulous about checking our tires, brakes etc. As well. He even didn’t charge us extra for these extra service. Very surprised and impressed by kind people here."

"Mike and his crew where very friendly and helped us out a lot with a u haul while the one on stockton hill was very rude and was completely ignored us for 10 minutes while they gossip. I will go no were else unless its this one with mike and his crew. They are the only ones that deserve my money. Mike even gave us a great deal."

"I was redirected from vegas to pick up my U-Haul at this location. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. But when I arrived, the owner Mike Simmons was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and assisted with loading our car due to the original dolly not working because of the vehicle width. Customer service was amazing!"
