"Probably one of the rudest/unprofessional companies I have worked with. When I scheduled my original drop off time I had put 9am. I then got an email back stating that time would not work, they cannot deliver before 9am and they had a drive to get to my drop off location. I emailed back asking if we could change the time to 10 and I got “ok” as my email response. The day of my wedding came and I was getting a phone call by 0901 asking why I wasn’t at the drop off location. When I spoke to the lady on the phone she was rude and telling me I was wrong about the drop off time because she remembered going over it with me. What a way to upset a bride on her wedding day. Supposedly when pick up time came around the manager spoke with my parents and was very apologetic and even offered to purchase my table cloths and runners. The next week when I sent a very professional email inquiring about their offer to purchase those things. My email response was “let me think about it” I have never emailed with a company that felt like I was sending text messages to a child but this company really did it. I don’t think I will be coming back to this company unless they are able to respond to emails and speak with customers professionally. I hope someone has a better experience then me because $300+ for a rude experience and some equipment was not worth it."

"We had a very unpleasant experience renting tuxs for our wedding party with this company. We didn't even get our order in until 3 days before our wedding. My father's pants were 3 inches short, they forgot our best man's shoes, and my grooms tux was completely wrong! His whole suit was 4 sizes too large, and not the right items we ordered. Upon contacting the woman at the store she was more concerned with the fact that she would have to pay extra for shipping to get us the correct items before the wedding...this was a painfully stressful experience and I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone...if I could leave less than 1 star I would have."

"They were patient through all the changes we went through on our order over the last couple of weeks. When the time came to deliver everything was correct. The tent installers went above and beyond to overcome some last minute obstacles thrown our way and were very skilled and professional."
