"I had no probs while I stayed other the Hoovering of maintenance and management, how ever the move in move out process was a nightmare. I had to answer far more questions that I feel necessary for renting an apartment. It felt more like filing out an online dating application. They also requested alot of paperwork. Before getting approved to move in. Upon moving out I definitely cleaned and put the apartment in the order It was when I first moved in. With the exception of normal wear and tear. I lost 90% percent of my deposit which I could justify if I had received an itemized list but I didn't. Not only did that sting but now I have a bad report when I try to rent anywhere eles. The apartment is best describe as lawful evil hiding behind the law because people don't have the time to and sometimes money and energy to defend themselves. I would like to add I don't write reviews I just thought a cautionary tale might help few people."
