"Place was visibly dirty and stunk. Has bed bugs!!! The bathtub was full of calcified soap scum and wouldn't drain, so I asked for another room. The man at the dest was rude. said "well you can just check out," and gave me attitude even though I was polite. Just woke up at 5am and discovered bed bugs. I went to the desk and told the employee, I am now waiting for the manager. I better not get any grief when I demand a refund. I have photo and video evidence. This place charges roughly $100 a night. These conditions are unacceptable. Update: The manager was very dismissive and rude. He wouldn't even look at my phone when I tried to show him a picture ofthe bedbug, then called Me "mentally ill," told me to "shut my mouth," and insulted me because I'm from California. I am appalled by the way I was treated, especially when I wasn't in the wrong."

"The desk staff were great, they were very polite and helpful. It went downhill quickly after that. The tub was stained and paint was peeling off the walls around the tub/shower. I would have come out of the shower more dirty than when I entered. A picture had been torn off the wall and nothing had replaced it. The cherry on top is that it is directly across the street is a pawn shop. I would have been better off sleeping in my vehicle."

"Husband and I have been coming to this Super 8 for about 6 or 7 years In the last few years we noticed that a house keeper (person who cleans rooms) does very poor job cleaning rooms. So last week we notice (middle eastern indian) middle aged man creepy guy come in our room after we checked in and went out to grab bags. This visit 01-29/30-24 we checked in looked at room went out to grab bags, coming back in guy(same creepy guy) was just standing in hallway staring very very creepy and worrisome. Sheets were not changed and towels were left on back of door whole room was dirty as if he just made bed and left. The front desk staff are awesome very friendly, some house keepers (Sam and Rosa) go out of their way for you and you know you are in a clean room when they clean."

"I give the overall cleanliness 3 stars but Mario was amazing and so accommodating to our family of 3 and our service dogs. The showers don’t have that much pressure and there is no microwaves in the rooms but they have one in the lobby. Those were my only complaints really. The hottub was nice. I really appreciate Mario’s kindness he makes this place worth coming back. You can tell he goes the extra mile, I hope he is appreciated!"
