LAKE PLACE INN 31 Wings Loop, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403

"Property is located a half block off the "Main Street Experience" of McCulloch Blvd, about a mile up from the London Bridge. The deceiving exterior appearance is of an "old school" motel, but it is actually well maintained for its apparent age. Secure front and back doors to most rooms, which is actually quite convenient. Large, relatively modern rooms with in-room coffee, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. It also had a flat screen TV, a desk like table, a round sitting table, two sitting chairs, two nightstands, and a king-size bed. The interior courtyard has a large, very clean pool with a good-sized deck area and lounge chairs. I saw a basketball hoop, as well, on the other side of the courtyard. The property was VERY inexpensive, not "cheap"!!! (Kind of off-season, but full on "snowbird" time) A good value for your buck!!!"

"Rooms have been updated, as well as the TVs. So, it may not be much to look at on the outside, but it's pleasant on the inside. Updated bathrooms & overall clean. Location couldn't be better, either. Easy walk to food & bars. Even in hundred degree weather. And the pool was crystal clear. There is no phone in the room, but who needs that these days?"

"Old and dirty, pretty gross for such a pretty area. Housekeeping did not come twice during our stay so we had to keep calling for towels and toilet paper. Towels felt like shop rags and were stained. It did not feel safe around there and there seemed to be no security. I left some things in the room and now can't get them on the phone or email to return them. That hotel has potential but it needs a lot of work and security to make guests want to stay. We will NEVER stay there EVER AGAIN."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! They have bed bugs. We just stayed her on 1/20/2023 and checked out 1/21/2023 and in the morning when we were packing we noticed a bed bug crawling into our luggage. We tried to talk to the front office to let them know about the issue and they said nobody can do anything till Monday, but we called a pest control guy and sent him photos and he confirmed it is bedbugs and once we looked at their yelp page, this has been an ongoing issue for at least 10 months. In the other yelp reviews the people stated how the staff was also no help to them and never got back to them on how to resolve the issues ."

"I don’t know who these people are stating it is a 5 star or them giving it a 5 star rating but, they have to be getting paid or they were coerced in saying the things they’re saying. BELIEVE all the poor ratings! Very old building, parking lot has a funky layout, people were sitting on their tailgates drinking alcohol in the rear parking lot, rooms were old and dated, furniture looked like it was donated, mattresses were old and concaved, towels aren’t even white they are as old as the hotel. Holes in them n some were stained looking like they were donated from the local gas station! I have pictures but this review doesn’t support photos. Shower has no pressure takes an hour just to take a bird bath. The complementary shampoo and conditioner weren’t full. They were used. People live there and I believe in exchange for living there they are the ones cleaning the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Unless you like living or staying in these types of places. Pay the money and go somewhere else. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED."
