"Jackie exhibited exceptional friendliness and kindness throughout our reservation process, contributing significantly to our positive experience. The overnight staff also demonstrated a commendable level of friendliness. While the accommodations lacked opulence, the bed exceeded expectations with its high quality, earning an A+ rating from me. Regrettably, there was an issue with an empty body wash bottle, and the water pressure in the shower did not meet my preferences. However, it is worth noting that the outstanding customer service provided would be the primary reason for my consideration of staying here again in the future."

"The Customer Service provided by Angel, Barbara & Erica was above and beyond anything imaginable! They are very knowledgeable of the area and any amenities you may require. Great suggestions on Dining, Shopping & Entertainment were all exceptional & lived up to the reviews. Lobby was clean and Doggie Area was stocked with bags & even has a nice patch of grass. Everyone enters through the lobby, so safety is present. Comfy sitting area in the front to drink coffee or play some pool. The room was beyond acceptable with a wonderful view of the lake. (This location does NOT have a Continental Breakfast)"

"Good location, though it is in a business sector. Only a mile or so from London Bridge. I gave it four stars for three great restaurants that are within walking distance, including Sams Place where we had a great breakfast. Hotel staff were friendly. The room, though small and slightly dated, was very comfortable, especially the bed. They could use firmer and larger pillow though. All the basic amenities were there. Plus it was very clean. Throw in the low cost, it made for a great mini-vacation in Lake Havasu."

"When traveling, I look for the newer modern motels to help assure a nice clean room. I was coming thru Lake Havasu late night looking for an affordable motel that would offer this. I found the Travel Lodge and tho it was an older motel, it had good reviews so I thought I would try it. I am very glad I did! The entire staff was great and over my two night stay I dealt with four of the front desk staff. Barb, Erica, Heidi & Angel, who were all very kind, accommodating, down to earth people that helped make my stay very enjoyable! I had the king room with a lake view, it was clean & spacious. It had a good size table and two chairs offering a great work space and most importantly, the bed was fantastic! It was firm but had a lovely cushy topper. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and accommodating. For a warm welcome & great nights sleep that won’t break the bank, I highly recommend the Travel Lodge by Wyndham in Lake Havasu!"

"We were just passing through and didn't make a reservation, Erica was so nice to get us into a room so we can get some rest. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Her exceptional service and attention to detail truly stood out. We were traveling with a pet and she got us in a pet friendly room. She made it seem easy and we had alot of questions that she didn't hesitate to answer. The place is clean and when we walked in the lobby it smelled good. We were happy with our stay."
