"If I could give them no stars I would. They are,in my opinion,the worst rental companies we have ever dealt with. They tell lies,in my opinion, about us and thank God nobody believed them They will tell you what you want to hear and then as soon as they rent to you it's all different. "Beware before you fall into this companies trap. Another new business that don't know what they are doing. They use a third party application process that solely makes a living off of taking as many applications for each property and every person over 18 years off age at $55.00 each. Them finds every reason that they can to disqualify you from renting. Read the reviews on google for rentzap perfect name. The property management company would not even talk to you with any information until you filled out an application and paid their fees. They posted one picture of the front of the house for a pet friendly house that they charged extra for that had no fenced back yard or access from the inside of the house other than the front door."
