River North Apartments

"SLUM LORDS: the manager asked for two extra weeks to prepare the unit and this is how she moved me in. She was rude, blamed me for not having extra time to give her, and refused to provide the number to corporate. She told me to Google it. I’ll also Google review this health hazard move in. I had to take an unpaid week of work and live in a hotel with my kid and emotional support pets due to her delay and she didn’t care enough to even start on time. The unit was filthy, dangerous, has black mold or mildew, holes and is just an all around hazard. Corporate didn’t care until I threatened to call the city and state yesterday. I called CAM Property Management over 20 times asking for the regional and asset managers. They stopped picking up the phones. Never once have either contacted me. The closet door fell on me and I got stabbed by a nail poking through a hole in the master bedroom. Now I need a tetanus shot. The name may be new but they are still Slum Lords. Check their BBB reviews….. I didn’t and I am suffering and in harms way! Move elsewhere if you can."

"Now I Can give a 5 star recommendation, I’m resident since 2022, we used to have another manager, and the services was bad and unprofessional. She always treat people as if she was making us a favor and not giving a service. The things change, now we have Jasmin as a manager and the customer services is so much better! We are happier, she knows how to manage stressful situations, she is kind and professional! The apartments are modern, good space, Peaceful neighborhood and a beautiful park, if you have dogs is perfect. Thank you Jazmin for all your support and help."

"Been looking for a place to help a friend and whenbinstopped by the management of this apartment complex was super helpful! Jasmine was helpful and notified me of the move in specials. I also got to see the apartment complex holds a new gym and new laundry room and I can tell they have been putting effort into making these apartments nicer. Great things take time and I am most definitely excited to see the finishing touch. My friend was exited about the them having a dog park area and they were excited for the 24 hr gym! Once again thank you for being kind and helpful management!"

"I drove by because I’m interested in the complex and was really happy with the appearance. The metal fence around the complex gives it an extra level of security. It’s what I’m looking for with my baby. Fence looks amazing all around!"

"Called recently to look into my options, the girl I talked to was extremely helpful. She was very nice and gave me all the information I needed. They are getting a new gym and a new laundry room; I had a friend that lived here years ago and she mentioned the laundry not working so that’s good to hear about a new one! And the prices are not bad for a 3 bedroom. I’m very interested."
