"Clean and modern rooms. Room service frequency needs improvement. Requested multiple times and only received service 3x over a 12 night stay."
"Friends stayed here for a week, very nice rooms, clean pool with a great location."
"The place is fresh and renovated, but the customer service is amazing. Krystal, Domi and Alexis treated us like royalty. This is our “ Must stay” place while in Yuma. Thank you again for all your assistance. Congrats to management."
"Rooms are newer, the bed is very comfortable and they have great pillows! The AC works great, easy to use. The kitchen is the best part with a fridge, freezer and fully stocked with plates, cookware etc, really wonderful for a long term stay. There's a great. pool and the gym is well stocked and clean. The breakfast has hot eggs and hot oatmeal as well as other typical items and fresh fruit. The staff were very accommodating. There's a great walking path nearby that takes you along the river and up to the old prison, lots of historic things nearby as well as downtown which has several restaurants. Great for long term stays."
"I had no idea what hotel in Yuma was decent. I saw this one online and thought it looked new and modern. We got here and there was no one at the front desk. Finally the woman comes out. My nephew had to use the bathroom but they were locked. She said she had to unlock it because she said the bathrooms were only for customers. They wouldnt have to worry about stuff like that if the hotel was in a decent neighborhood! Its not in a good area and we could tell that when we pulled up! We went to our room and i could tell immediately that it was a crummy remodel job! The bathroom had no lock or latch that kept it closed at all, the blinds didnt work well and got jammed, there were shelves that the back was cheaply wallpapered. It just didnt look nice. We went to bed that first night and i probably woke up every hour. The bed was SO uncomfortable. It felt like i was sleeping on a wood board. The bed and pillows smelled like dried up pee! It was gross! We took showers and there was no cold water. We had to take boiling hot showers! No matter how you turned the hot and cold valve, it was only hot! This was one of the worst stays at a hotel in quite a while and we stay at hotels quite a bit! I would have spoken with the front desk but every time we were coming or going there usually was no one at the front desk or she was dealing with someone elses complaint. We will NOT stay here again! It was also NOT cheaper than several other hotels I contemplated but picked this one because it LOOKED nicer online. ITS NOT! Oh, and im a diamond hilton member and they didnt offer even a bottle of water or anything when we checked in!"
