"It's a beautiful trailer park. However, owners and managers suck!!"
"1 mile from Walmart. 3 miles from a super Walmart."
"The people are amazing. Awesome management. Super clean! Least expensive place to live."
"Um 3 all around because I don't believe i have ever been here. But google keeps telling me i have been."
"I moved into this park expecting to not be treated a certain type of way because of it being a 55+ park and my being only 27 but yet within the first three days of my living there at the park I had already gotten multiple complaints from two of the tenants complaining about things such as my having a couple of family members visit during the middle of the broad daytime. Or like one of my friends who visited me to make sure I moved in okay went and browsed at their many many trailers for sale and I received a complaint about that when my company hadn't done anything wrong nor were there any rules broken. Along with the others complaints I received were complaints for noise coming from my home but yet I wasn't even home and my house stayed completely quiet the whole time which was proven through the security cameras both on my trailer and within the parks that no noise came from my home. The tenants there at this park are horrible people except for two or three tenants and the new manager is a freaking hitler who is doing things illegally when it comes to management of the park."
