Shilo Inns Yuma

"We live locally but all the plumbing in our home was being replaced a long day of moving stuff out of the way so plumbers could cut into walls, keeping dogs away and having to leave to go to the bathroom eslware. We choose to stay at the shilo to relax in a nice jacuzzi and clean beed. Jacuzzi is lukewarm and no jets! Did i mention its my birthday and this us the treat i had been looking forward to! Everything is out dated card keeys barly work walpaper old and peeling.... night staff was friendly though."

"This hotel and its night staff (Alex) were honestly my guardian angels last week. I hadn't planned on stopping in Yuma and definitely not arriving at 1am. I was exhausted and bit out of my mind from a long day of driving. Alex couldn't have been more helpful and also my voice of reason when (for a moment) I debated driving a bit more that night. The Inn met all my needs. I felt safe; it was clean; and most importantly - it was very convenient. Many thanks Shilo Inn and Alex in Yuma for giving me a much needed peaceful night of rest!"

"Shilo inn, Yuma...our go to place! The staff are an amazing group of wonderful people. Warm, helpful, ready to help in any way! The visitors are friendly because they are comfortable. No other hotel in the area seems to match this. There may be a few things that need tweeking, just ask. Now that covid has been tackled, we will be here every year!"

"The hotel suits my needs. Its clean, quiet and in a convenient location. The staff are nice and helpful I would stay here again if l return to Yuma. However, it needs a facelift. The wallpaper in the my room is peeling (maybe from the heat) and my Tv had no remote. The pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. The gym equipment is very dated and partially broken. Neither the steam room or sauna had enough power to be effective and the only working ice machine is on the fourth floor. Still it’s a decent place, the company needs to just invest and bring this place into the 21st century."

"For the price, this was a pretty good hotel. They did not provide breakfast even though it's listed in the amenities. The pool was large, clean, and 6' deep. The hot tub was not heated and green. Both the wet and dry saunas were operational. The A/C worked really well, which is important in weather in excess of 100⁰F."
