"Sloppy administration, called as a new patient. Gave insurance information. Was told it was taken. Day of appointment, told the same insurance I gave them two days prior is not taken. Get it together!"

Our UHC plan was good with them for years, until recently, when the Skyline team abruptly cut us loose to scramble for a new primary care provider. So maybe if they bring back their original insurance standards, we will be able to return. But until then, the struggle continues."

"Dreadfully poor customer service, if you want to call it that. I called a couple weeks ago and scheduled an appointment, I provided my insurance information and was told it was accepted. As of today 6/28/2023 while at my appointment I was told my insurance was not accepted. If the receptionists did their job with more attentiveness and compassion I would have been able to schedule with a different doctor's office and not had to deal with situations. I do not recommend this doctor's office to anyone."
