"The receptionist who answers straight away when you call.. is super unprofessional and rude. The front desk ladies will sigh and you can hear it! LOL or when you're trying to explain something to them, they act like they dont know what you're talking about. So when you reiterate what you already told them, they often talk down to you the rest of the conversation. It sounds like these ladies hate their jobs. They don't have a happy or welcoming tone.Which is standard at most businesses.. That first point of contact represents your company. Your patients, most of which are already dealing with some serious problems , don't appreciate being greeted like that everytime we call. Not all of us are rude when we call... LOL it's not asking alot to be treated like an actual human being..."
"I use to have THE BEST CASE MANAGER EVER. But she moved on to the FBI, which I'm so happy for her. She has seen me at my absolute worst and did everything to support me. Unfortunately, the case manager I have now does nothing. Gave me a list of resources on the 3rd because my roommate and I didn't have all our rent just told me to call them. Didn't even tell me which ones serve my area. I lost my job after I became ill with end stage renal failure so my depression was very bad. My job meant the world to me, I was a counselor at a methadone and Suboxone clinic. On top of that my renal failure and dialysis interupts a good chunk of my life, it's difficult to get use to, especially if you have mental illness on top of all that. So my parents paid two months of my share, which I'm so grateful fo. I reached out to my case manager and not much of anything from her, she hasn't even checked on me. I called last week about my landlord giving me a 5 day eviction notice when DES turned us down and she tells me that she'll put me in to see the housing director but that I probably won't see that person in 5 days. Well, why didn't you set me up with them when I first made you aware of the situation? If it takes time, we had time at that point! Didn't make a bit of sense!! I called the supervisor and no call back from her and it's been several days! So, they really don't give a poop about us or what happens to us. I've been with them for at least 6 years and the quality of service has gone down significantly!"
"Most unprofessional mental health clinic I've ever had to deal with. So I've been without my psych meds for more than 2 weeks. I tried to schedule an appointment and they will not see me till next year mid January take note I'm on meds that you have to Wing on to and that you can't just stop like that. I have never been told to go to a mental health hospital to get my meds. This is just the definition of lazy employees and poor mental health. It honestly should not be this difficult to get mental professional help. I've had less trouble with CBI"
"It's hard to make appoiments when you need them. They pick out the times for you. It's hard to reach the doctors or your own case manenger at times. They don't check up on you a lot and they switch case manengers a lot here. I get to know someone good and then they switch so easy and you have to tell them your story over and over. Some are very rude and never call you back when needed. You get a good person and then they switch you once more. I've seen people go crazy in their building once banging on the windows in frustation, and it's sad. The doctors are rude and want to give you pills you don't need or already taken and they don't listen, and the ones you need they won't prescribe. The only reason I continue is to help my mental health but they make it more hard for people making them more crazy."
"This location is missing the mark in several areas. Therapy with their doctors is a joke, and the “therapist” will gaslight you into making it seem as if your issues are your fault and not anyone else’s. I went through 3 different case mangers and was never notified for 2 of them no longer being there. I went without a case manager for months and had three people from the Oasis team leave the company, all without notice to me even though they told me to directly call these staff members. The only redeeming qualities about this location is the pharmacy where you can have your medications filled or delivered, the front desk staff and the nurses/nurse practitioner. The case managers I did have were all wonderful. Samantha is a great person to talk to and she really listens. It just disappoints me when the rest of the doctors within this network of “professionals” aren’t as courteous as Samantha. If you’re able to, choose a different location. If not, get ready to be thrown around and disregarded."
