"We waited, moved to one old room, waited, moved to another old room. All the chairs were old and peeling. Wall were dirty. People in the halls waiting and waiting. MAs coming and going. Saw the Rude Dr for 2 min he left. Another closet room. He came back gave one shot for another minute and left. Very impersonal, felt like cattle. Old equipment in lobby and rooms. They are making a ton of money for a 2-3 min dr exam and processing is through like cattle. Rude rude. Don’t go here. Was there for over 2 hours!!!"

"This was the Mesa location on Alma School. I'm amazed at the good reviews as everyone in the waiting room was complaining about the wait time. My appointment was at 9:30. My first clue should have been when there was no room in the parking lot and I had to find a different lot. Second clue: the waiting room was standing room only. I thought it was a good thing there were a lot of doctor's names on the door. Got into a room within 25 minutes to have eyes numbed for pressure test and diatlated for pictures. Had to go back to waiting room for pictures but was called and back out in waiting room by 10:15. So far, so good. By 11:15, I went to desk and asked about how much longer as I needed to get to work. They advised that appointments generally take 2 to 3 hours. I was surprised that I was not advised of this when I booked the appointment. I certainly would have remembered, as that is excessive. I was told that if I re-booked that I would have to go through the whole process over again. I asked if the Doctor could call me with the results and he said that he has to see me in person, so I decided to wait. At 12:15 I am in the waiting room with one other couple who got there at 10:30. They are called before me and I am the last one in the waiting room. I went to desk and the guy there was defensive and said he couldn't tell me how long it would be. I found out that there was only one doctor there for all those patients. I left without seeing the doctor at 12:30. 3 hours was long enough. Their story about it taking so long due to dialating your eyes is just an excuse. After the drops are administered, it takes 15-30 minutes for your eyes to fully dialate. This is being totally inconsiderate of the patient's time and overbooking."

"An unexpected trip to a retina specialist due to a hole in my retina found during annual eye exam. This office was very professional while collecting information and testing before I saw the Doctor. Dr. Itty came in and reviewed the information and determined a 10-15 minutes with the laser could patch the hole. The Dr. was gentle and patient with me. Thank you for fixing it!"

"Dr Mehta is fantastic. He has saved my eyesight. The issue I have is I waited 1.25 hours to see him. It seemed as though the staff misplaced my chart as about a dozen people who came after me came and went while I waited and waited. I finally asked one of them about it and she said it’s ok and didn’t bother to check. After another 5 minutes a different assistant came over and said I was next, with my chart in hand. Seemed suspicious that after I brought it up I was seen right away. This happens often in this office the last few years I’ve been going there. If it weren’t for Dr Mehta I would change up."
