"It's sad to say I use to have a great doctor after I moved from lukachik to kolpuru, but for some reason I was dropped to her nurse practitioner Graham. It took some time to feel heard I've just learn to accept that since my son has been going there for 2 years. Then the nurses are a whole lot worse. They don't send in your prescription unless you call back a few times, they treat you like a child at sign in and they don't send you to the right phone lines anymore, they use to, but not anymore. Banner only has a few people that care, the rest are only there to cash a check. Its honestly ridiculous what my son has to go through here and how I'm treated. There are a few people here that makes it tolerable to keep going."

"I really liked the doctor but I'm disappointed in the fact I've called 3 times looking for my daughters good test results, it's been 4 weeks and I still don't have the results. She also had an allergic reaction to a medicine which I mentioned in a voice mail that once again no one responded to. I'm hoping that leaving this review will trigger someone to finally call me back and let me know what is happening."
