"Absolutely horrible experience, I took my 17 year old daughter today to obtain birth control. From the moment we got in there absolutely rude. My daughter wanted me in there with her for support when she was told that I couldn’t be in there with her, that I wasn’t allowed to wait for her nor go in the back room. She was nervous but we understood, after this I was completely ignored then was asked how I would be paying I mentioned we had insurance but I was not under my name they proceed to ask for her id and mine which made absolutely no sense as I was no getting any services done. The staff was rude from the front desk medical assistant to the back MA. So my daughter went back there asked to get the IUD and they proceeded to tell her she couldn’t get it done because it was too late in the day, (then why the hell would they schedule her appointment at 4:40pm) they charged us for her visit and sent her off told her she can schedule an appt whenever she wants through the app. The charged us for a visit where they nothing sent her home with a stack of paperwork and closed shop. Absolutely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Planned parenthood should not be this kind of experience it should be somewhere where people no matter who it is can feel comfortable and safe. Honestly very disappointed"
"Everyone at this location is very welcoming. However, I was told that I would get a call explaining my test results. I never got a call and went onto my portal to see my results for myself. They never sent over my prescription, and I had to wait over the weekend with symptoms that I couldn’t treat. I had to call them on Monday to reach back out to me to send my prescription. It is extremely hard to get in contact with this location."

"I've been coming here for a couple of years now; The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The place feels clean and safe. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I've had a couple miscommunications (the most recent one affected my prescription) with them, and most of the time, they don't use the preferred pronouns that I've filled out on the intake paperwork.. That being said, whenever I call, the staff does everything they can do to help out, and they are always friendly and patient. Everyone who works there is always willing to answer any questions with detailed knowledge. I would highly recommend this place. :)"
"Front desk staff was very condescending. This was my first ever bad experience at planned parenthood so I’m pretty surprised at how I was treated by this particular front desk lady. Had a great appointment with doctor but after I was informed of my copay which she NEVER told me about. She said she told me but I told her that she must have mistaken me for another patient who she called up after me. She never once apologized just kept saying she told me which she clearly did not. I didn’t mind paying the copy but she was so condescending in her manner and never even gave an apology if there was a miscommunication. I get having a demanding job but it’s not hard to be kind."
