"I can't even give a full review because I didn't even get to meet the doctor! I'm not going to fully blame this clinic, maybe it is part my fault and part insurance. Basically I've been struggling to get a referral for a dermatologist because my insurance has been causing issues and was told to contact the doctor on my insurance card - which I did and made an appointment at Desert Grove. Get there and fill out all the paperwork, wait in the back just to be told by the PA that I have to get a referral from my OB because I'm pregnant and they are my new PCP. I don't know why they couldn't give me a referral for a skin issue since they were the PCP assigned on my card? I blame my insurance too, but the least they could've done was let me meet the doctor and literally have her look at my face. I never met the doctor but I could hear them chatting in the hallway laughing about the situation and watching videos on their phones. It was just extremely unprofessional and frustrating and I don't live particularly close - so just a waste of time. If you ever want a referral, I'd make sure to do your research (especially if you're pregnant, apparently)."

"I was grateful to get an appointment so soon with the help of my Queen Creek doctor’s staff. When I arrived everything went very smoothly. Dr White diagnosed the problem immediately and sent the medication order electronically to the pharmacy. I highly recommend this facility, staff and Dr. White. "Great office with friendly staff. I’ve never had to wait too long to get an appointment. Then once there, I’ve always been taken back right on time, or within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. However my FAVORITE thing is my provider, Susan Gerold-Terraza. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner and she is the best! She sees many people in my family and we all love her. She always comes in prepared for the appointment with things printed out to go over, she explains it all and then gives the copies to me for my own records. She listens, she never judges and she really cares about helping people. I would recommend her to anyone."
