"This office is a joke. I have nothing nice to say about this office. Nothing ever gets done in a timely fashion. They don't do anything they say they are going to do. Even the Dr. said its not her fault, they just have a lot of turnover."

Needed to make frequent phone calls to ensure required actions were being taken (e.g., submitting correct insurance information), and office was rude and rarely returned phone calls. Doctor seemed competent if not warm, but entire office was terrible with communication and follow-through. Switched to a different, non-Banner facility and have been much, much happier. At a minimum, would not recommend the Mesa office."

Dr. Hahnke was very patient while listening to us and he was great with our son. His responses to us were very personable, unlike other doctors where it feels very automatic. You can tell he loves his job. The Lobby was clean, the place was easy to find and both receptionists were friendly."
