"This is primarily a medicaid service facility; and as such, you'll get what you expect. And with the amount of repetitive paperwork and meetings, they might as well be the DMV."
"I wouldn’t give it any stars I had a call yesterday’s from Elizabeth stating that there was no therapist available for my son I literally called on 2/22 set up an appt for the 29th I let them know my sons situation they said they were able to help I went to the intake took to a little more than 2 hours I wasted my time being there…..the intake person should of known supposibly there was no therapist and even set a psychological evaluation for the 11am and for them to call me yesterday 3/5 to tell me there weren’t going to be any sessions for my son this company is a freaking fake trying to make ACCCHS pay for the intake but I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT NONE OF THIS IS RIGHT! They should have said something before making kind of appts I wasted every minute when I was able to look for another place for my son this is no company they don’t help they are scams!!!!"
"Have tried contacting multiple times immediately at 8am to schedule appointments. Even when I dial IMMEDIATELY RIGHT AT 8AM INTERNET-SYNCHED TIME, I still end up sitting for several minutes hearing a ring-tone after I finish the wait queue, whereupon I receive a "leave a message the operator is out". So I'm forced to call back because leaving a message won't get me an appointment. Then I call back again and someone magically picks up sooner and says "whoopsies the last appointment JUST filled up." Like what the hell is your guys' problem? There's very few places that do adult autism testing in phoenix that take AHCCCS for whatever reason. I'm doing exactly as you say and it feels like you're trying to avoid getting me scheduled. Please get a better scheduling service or get your phone lines fixed. Why is it such a lottery every morning to try and get scheduled? I just want to get my testing done because I have no one to help me in life and need testing to see if I can get help from a caretaker. But at this rate it could take the whole YEAR as it's a total crapshoot even if you call immediately, because of the aforementioned reasons. If you have other options for testing please pick somewhere else so the rest of us, who have no other options, can get an appointment scheduled! Please! Also fix your phone system so it doesn't send us to a voice mail when we KNOW you're open and taking calls! I could've gotten scheduled if you hadn't dropped me like that."
"They do not care about their patients. Receptionist was not very compassionate and very dull. Called to get a new patient appointment and they only have so many so you have to call in and try to get an appointment before they fill up. I called got the “last appointment “ however when they went to run my insurance their system was down so she said they couldn’t hold the spot I have to just hang up and try again . It’s a ridiculous system they have ."
"Just a bit of advice when trying to be seen here: If you have extenuating circumstances, ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. I spent weeks/months trying to get my dad, who has late stage Lewy Body dementia an appointment. They have bizarre rules, and I had to overcome hurdle after hurdle trying to get him an appointment. I got so frustrated that I gave up and finally asked for a supervisor. I had to wait ~30 minutes on hold, but she was able to help once I fully explained the situation."
