"Increased rent, reduced office days, office hours and have upgraded nothing with the price increases. It's also an apartment complex with monthly cleaning check? I didn't realize I was living in a dorm. Also the cleaning checks are random so if none of your roommates clean up then you'll have to clean their dirty messes they never clean. They also seem to randomly fail your clean check at times for no reason. I've been failed on mopping my bathroom, but passed mopping the whole apartment (on the same checklist) The night time security is a joke because they can't do anything about actual crimes ( I had a roommate steal a medical container for my medicine and when I talked to the security guard he said their only jobs were to kick people out of the pool and smell for weed) For some reason Carter is the only person I had an issue with when I was there. Dude just always had an attitude with me when It never seemed like he did with anyone else. I once asked him if he could open my mailbox with the extra key because my medicine had been delivered (and my roommate had taken the mailbox key to class and wasn't gonna be back for a few hours) and he told me " No were not a post office" Thankfully there was a female staff member next to him who actually helped me and opened my mailbox so I was able to get my medicine."

"Lived here for 3 years and always loved my experience living here! I'm the only one out of all my friends to stay at one housing place all of college. Management has always been timely, understanding, & communicative. Have never had a negative conversation in the office. The maintenance team (especially Tim) is PHENOMENAL! Maintenance requests are taken care of in no time, he's always happy to answer questions, and such a friendly, professional man period. All amenities in the apartment complex are well kept and the parking situation is great as well. I'd definitely recommend this apartment complex overall! Especially to women - the safety of this apartment complex was super appealing to me moving in and is still one of my favorite things about it."

"Recently moved into Vintage at Tabernacle and I must say, this place is AWESOME!! Rooms are super clean, the common areas are huge, and the amenities are out of this world! There’s an awesome pool with HUGE hot tub, clubhouse for chillin and watching movies, 24/7 gym, beautiful courtyard with nice seating all around the pool, and so much more! Garage parking is convenient and safe plus there’s always plenty of open spots at all times. The whole staff has been amazing as well! Carter and the rest of the office staff were so helpful and accommodating during move in and continue to be there for me anytime I have any questions or needs. Maintenance is top notch also! I noticed the first day that my TV’s picture was messed up, and when I let them know about it they replaced it the same day!! It was late on a Friday too and the maintenance manager Tim couldn’t seem happier to fix the issue even though it was probably the end of his shift! Seriously...these guys are cool. I couldn’t be more exited to have found this place and look forward to meeting some more cool people here. My roommates are the best! Highly highly recommend this place to everyone!!"
