"Terrible Experience. If you decide to stay here, be sure to bring your own pillow and some ear plugs. The bed was super old and uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy, and the walls were paper thin. We turned on the heater for noise but it didn't do anything. Car alarms, police sirens, vehicles on the interstate, the person above us that kept pacing back and forth for hours with their cement feet. We did not get any sleep. At least the room was clean and the front desk person was polite."
"If I could give a 0/10 I would! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and worst service ever! I would not recommend to anyone unless you want them to harass you and over charge you! The receptionist gave me such a hard time checking in because he said I wasn’t 21 when my license clearly says I’m 21 just because he did not know how to do math and read a birthdate. The hotel charged me $630 for a one night stay! I was originally only supposed to pay about $130 but when I called and asked why I was charged that much I was told I broke the TV when the TV wasn’t even touched and clearly not broken when I left. When I asked to speak to the manager I was laughed at on the phone and hung up on! Ridiculous! This hotel needs to be shut down asap!"
"Let me start off by saying, Gary, you’re great. Was super helpful and friendly, albeit, there was a slight language barrier that made it slightly hard to understand. We had a super late check in and there was no issue. The reason I rated it as three stars are as follows: • Entering the room, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, and beeping. Gary gave us a battery to fix it, and we did but it was still a slight inconvenience. • The TV had signal issues, and based on other reviews it seems to be a common issue • Breakfast was okay, but some of it was on the colder side. I also didn’t get to breakfast until about two hours after it opened, so that could have been my fault. Other than that there was a decent selection of what to eat, including waffles. Overall, this is a good hotel for the price, with good staff. Would recommend if you are passing through. Two star hotel with a three star experience"
"One the best experiences I’ve ever had at any overnight stay. Prices were very reasonable. Night desk check was very friendly and helpful. He managed to get me a ground floor room despite my late arrival with no reservation. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hot water in the shower was immediately adjustable. Checking out was a breeze and the 2 ladies at the desk were friendly. I recommend this Motel and I will be staying here again on my next trip through St. George ."
