"The pool by units 17 and 18 had an amazing heated pool. It is very shallow though, 4 ft at the deepest. Nice quiet place to stay for a long weekend. Only complaint was our unit was dated and the tub had a crack in it."

"Stayed in unit #704 through RedSands Vacations. Loved how quiet it was! Cute place for our family with GREAT view and patio/grass area we enjoyed a lot of meals on. Ample parking but not covered, no biggie. So many great facilities on the complex!"

"Tldr: If you're coming for the pools, it's a bit disappointing. The people here are pretty rude, and you're in for doorbell ditching and too many people in the only available pool. But I loved our room. The only issue is the wifi is terrible. The room is amazing. There is nice furniture and great water pressure. We didn't notice any sound from other tenants. The wifi is literally terrible. As someone experienced with networking, it's apparent they have one service for multiple units, then use extenders and subnetting for each unit. This would be okay if the building wasn't so old. Internet speeds during the busy times of the day is about 10 mbit/s and bursts of 80% packet loss. This is enough for 720p if you can crank up the cache, but is completely useless for more than one device at a time. (2 am network tests show 150+ mbit/s and ~1% packet loss). The pools and clubhouse are run down. The main pool area closes early, and the waterfall pool appears to be permanently broken(update: opened later in the trip, but should have been left closed. The restroom is horrible and very dirty), so the pool near to our room is horribly over crowded. There are also no functional lights on the pool deck, and one small light in one secluded corner of the pool making it impossible to see anything after dark."

"The clubhouse is run down and dirty. Fountain in front is broken. Waterfall pool is closed down. The pictures of the swimming pools make them look much bigger and nicer than they really are."

"We loved our stay here! I wasn’t sure which condo we chose and it happened to be one facing one of the pools it was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of space for us all, plenty of beds, washer and dryer, super easy check in and out. It was very clean and up to date. Communication was fast and so easy! The pools are spread out across the property but not horribly far. There’s several playgrounds, snacks for purchase in the clubhouse. There’s a fun center type thing that’s not affiliated with the resort but offers mini golf, a ninja course, karaoke and a few other things. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!"
