"My 12yo son sees Dr. Wood for his ear. They did reconstructive surgery on his eardrum at the hospital last month. They were friendly, informative, and took their time. My son was terrified to get the IV and they didn't lose patience or try to trick him at all. This made all the difference and he was feeling much better once it was it was over. This was also the first time in my life that a hospital staff wasn't rushing us out right after the surgery. The staff stayed by his bedside for hours until he was well rested and ready to go. I felt at ease the whole time."
"Rude staff from the receptionist who took 10 min just to check us in to the medical assistant who was impatient and rude to my child. Even had the height marker fall on my child's head. The doctor spent 5 no more than 5 min and seemed like he was having a bad day. Total paid for that short visit was $300 after my insurance covered 80%. I will not come back."
