"I visited this physician in 2020 following low back pain that appeared after a car accident. I had to wait several weeks to get an appointment, and they refused to treat me or continue the appointment unless I agreed to a medical lien. They refused to run in through my insurance, despite being in network. I was totally disgusted why how I was treated and the physician only wanted more money and placed a lien I’m responsible for $900. The insurance company refuses liability and now I’m stuck with the lien when this should’ve been ran through my health insurance with a significantly lower cost. Money hungry pigs."

"Very good pain management office. They really care about you and the staff works hard to make sure everything is taken care of for you - they are very nice girls in the office. I thought the doctor is also really good and easy to communicate with. I feel like he really wants to help me get better and I am happy with his plan."

"I have to agree with the other people that It was helpful for a few months and than downhill from there. When I started getting bills in December 2018 for visits in 2017, made me wonder what kind of billing system they had. There office staff changed so often except for a couple of the girls and it was always hard to get questions answered. If you called in to have a question for the Dr. you never received a call back when you would be told they would have the Dr. return your call."

"I came here after going to Valley Pain Consultants for two years. They were great for the first year, then their service started plummeting. So I decided to seek treatment elsewhere and get a fresh look at my lower back pain. He's a very nice Doctor, but unfortunately his clinic doesn't offer sedation for injections. I came in for two injections and at the last minute, I had to back out when he told me they only offer Xanex for relief. I cannot take Xanex as it makes me feel sick and anxious (I understand the irony, as Xanex is supposed to relieve anxiety). I've had countless injections in the past and tried them without sedation... worst mistake of my life. I squirmed so bad, they had to hold me down. I thought I was a tough guy till that day. I'm not sure if they just hit a certain nerve or what happened? Hope that helps."
