"These apartments are awesome! I have lived here for 9 months and have loved it! The property manager is super helpful and always able to answer questions! There is parking, plenty of space inside, and the door unlocks with your fingerprint or your phone! It is also super convenient to be so close to campus but also live off campus."

"Off campus property management has been a fine management for the apartment I stay at. I feel that management can be a little bit more efficient regarding maintenance requests. My roommates and I have arrived and started moving into the unit that was not checked -- the kitchen wasn't cleaned off, lots of wall damage in the common areas and rooms, and some furniture that was left from past residents that are of poor condition. We properly requested maintenance to fix the walls, and that was done in a timely manner within the first week from moving in, but it seems that maintenance does not read through all the description because only some of the walls were patched up. However, we were told that the old furniture could be removed by the maintenance crew and we have requested it the same time we have submitted the wall maintenance."

"This is my second semester living at 7th & University and I’ve LOVED it! They are quick to respond to messages and quick to fix things in our apartment the few times we’ve needed it! The apartments are super spacious and definitely one of the more affordable housing options! The apartments feel very safe and calm… definitely not any crazy parties or anything which is great! Plus I was also paired up with such good roommates who are now my best friends! The only downsides are: the pool is far (we share the pool at the Stay) and there isn’t enough parking for every tenant, so once they run out of parking passes, everyone else has to park on the street. But as someone who has a parking pass… it’s GREAT!"
