"I have now lived here for a little over 3 months. I cannot say enough about this complex. Any concern and or question I’ve had has been handled and managed in such a timely manner. Personally, the apartment we chose was the upgraded one and it is absolutely beautiful. Roomie and perfect for our family of four. Kitchen and dining room are very open as well as great built-ins and fireplace upgrades. Plus, this location does not get beat with having a trail right across the street to the virgin river. The pool, splash pad, and hot tub amenities are top-notch. We have been able to enjoy them, so much with family and friends.
