"I would leave negative a million stars if I could. Absolutely disgusted with this place! They do not care about anything but money will completely bash you even two years later! Husband was going through TWO custody battles at once before we got together he was drowning and lost custody over his kids due to him not making enough money to pay bills, survive, attorneys and for everything else. He did the right thing and found someone to take over his lease and they said everything was good. He paid ONCE late by ONE DAY!!!!!!! and we are getting denied new places due to this alone. Don't care what the reply is, thoughts or anything else it is Absolutely inhumane and heartless!!!! Wish I could say every bad word I know in every language when it comes to this place. Please please please do not rent from here you read reviews and go oh it's the tenants being stupid this won't happen to me im not dumb.. please please don't rent here they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!! they want your money and that is it unless you can tell the future and NEVER have one bad spot in your life please don't. It is still effecting us YEARS later!!!! I have heard terrible things about certain rental companies around town and this is by far the most insane thing I have ever dealt with when it comes to renting. So go ahead "office manager" comment what you want Absolutely disgusting ill pray for you that you gain a heart and care for the human race!! I pray no one treats you the way you have treated us and degraded us when my husband didn't choose two custody battles at once baby mommas ganged up on him admittedly because they knew he couldn't afford it!!!!!!!!"

"Great apartment complex, great community, and staff. I lived here off and on for 11 years and had a great time. 2 pools and 1 hot tub, an upgraded workout room 24/7 billards 24/7, and laundry 24/7 with upgraded pay technology PayRange so you can leave your coins and card at home. Square footage is definitely top tier in town. The staff are considerate and kind people with good hearts and good intentions. Work orders are handled quick and professional with an above and beyond attitude. Pools are crystal clear and maintained every single day. The landscaping is beautiful. The location is top notch, and you are close to everything in town. This is definitely a kid friendly community and a safe community to raise children. For the most part, quiet hours are respected. Lots of dumpsters on the property, so you don't have to walk far to take out your garbage. Some top floor units have vaulted cielings, and the views of Zion and overlooking the city in some buildings are amazing. I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend this place to everyone who follows policies and contributes to a good community. Even if you don't, you will be surrounded by people who do. It's a big part of my life that I will always remember."
