"I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s been such a pleasure. Every Wednesday, the landscaping crew comes in and makes the grounds look nice and inviting. Every other month, pest control comes in and sprays everything down. I have seriously never seen a bug in my apartment even once. Maintenance is great too! My water heater broke down and flooded the kitchen and we had a plumbing guy at my apartment within hours. He fixed everything and my water heater now works like a charm. I have zero complaints from my neighbors. All lovely and quite. Since I live so close to the college, I have the luxury of just walking to my classes. And the affordable price? You can’t go wrong."
"The owners take good care of the place for the most part. We have had a few maitnence issues and they fixed them promptly. The apts. are old though so the countertops are blaze orange(lol) and their is gaps between the front door and the frame but overall a good place."
