"If your insurance company tells you you have to come here I implore you to immediately file a vote of no-confidence to change providers for your health care services. My autistic son has been treated here for over two and a half years. Three months after initial intake 85% of the support staff was fired. He has seen multiple psychologist and and none of them have stayed with the company for longer than 4 months. I'm typically a very understanding person but this kind of service can't go on without being talked about. Changes need to be made at the corporate level to ensure the consistency of treatment for these mentally ill people."

"I would not give your organization one star let alone bring my dog to you for Mental Health Care. I am at your mercy. When I filed a complaint against one of your employees for gross misconduct, which I also discussed with my Primary Care Physician and which he became very irrate over because he could have lost his license to practice doing what she told my Case Manager to go to my Doctor for, I was told she would be brought before the Medical Board at La Frontera. Later when I told my Case Manager this he LAUGHED and told me not a thing was going to happen to her. I was told the latter to placate me and shut me up. In addition to this, I have been at this barbaric facility for 11 years and I continually have to tell them what I have been diagnosed with as if I just walked in the door. Not to mention I am supposed to recall how every medication has made me feel. I am 56 years old and that is like asking me what I had for dinner 21 years ago on Tuesday night, October 20th, at 7pm! I was first medicated at 18 years old... I have been on practically everything manufactured, old and new!!!!! They continually ask me for my medical records over and over again. I am SICK of doing their job and do not even know how they are able to treat me when these records are somehow mysteriously never there and they say they have never been there, yet again, you don't know what my diagnoses are but you are writing out prescriptions without the benefit of medical records?! AND, other Doctors in the past there have been able to fill out Disability Documentation for me with detailed diagnostic information from my medical records they have had in front of them. So where are my records going. REALLY!!!!! I have am Bi-Polar II, have a severe Anxiety and Panic Attack Disorder, PTSD, and they are doing everything in their power to NOT provide support, services, and want me off of my medication, which they have taken down to a dose at this point where my life is barely tolerable. I belong to an on-line support community and people everyday people are reporting they talked to their Doctor, they were prescribed anxiety meds, their new therapist is great, and yet everything has been ripped out from underneath me. I was even told their Goal is to provide Short-term servies and have you out the door in six months. My Brain isn't going to be re-wired. Do these people have Medical Degrees or did they go to Brown Mackey College for Months? I came from Washington State and had wonderful care. I was fully functional. I had my home, was raising my children, I taught at risk teens, went to school full time, and I NEVER saw the inside of a Mental Hospital. When I came to Arizona I was in for a rude awakening and my life unraveled when I ended up in your Mental Health System. Between 2005-2013 I have been hospitalized six times for a total of 60+ days and that does not include two stays in the ICU. Thank you for your wonderdul supportive Mental Health Care Services! I don't where I would be without them... Oh, I had to give you ONE STAR in order to Post accolade."
