"Joule plaza was the best place I’ve ever lived. From the design and cleanliness of the rooms, to the amazing amenities, to finally and almost more importantly management. I live at joule plaza for almost three years. The location is perfect. Downtown St. George. Huge park right across the street. Brand new pickleball court with lights. Amazing pool and hot tub complex. The gym has everything you need. Helps save gym membership prices every month. Maintenance requests are dealt with quickly. Marianne and Kooper are rockstars. Excellent at communication and establishing a community and close knit environment. They made my time here comfortable and amazing. I was lucky to have stayed here. Thank you!!!!"
"I highly recommend living here, not only due to the professionalism I always received from Kooper and Marianne, but the up-keep of the overall property. My view of downtown was spectacular, and I had numerous relatives visit me and say “I wish there were complexes back home that looked like this.” You will not find a complex like this anywhere else and receive a wonderful experience like I did. I also enjoyed my surrounding neighbors, as they were always friendly. I am extremely saddened to leave this beautiful property, but I will take with me my wonderful experiences and memories. I hope this review convinces you to take the chance and live here like I did."
"I lived here for a year and a half in a one bed-room apartment by myself and this was my experience: When I first moved in the place had a very bad case of SULFUR WATER. Yes, sulfur water. I’ve attached a photo of what that water did to my jewelry. It was so bad it OXIDIZED my jewelry immediately when I put my hand under it. The smell was so strong and pungent, my family told me they have never experienced anything like it. When I reported it, they drained my water tank. Yet, the sulfur smell persisted for MONTHS. It would come and go, but it was horrible. Every time I complained about it I was told to pour water down the drains. This did not help. My apartment smelled like rotten eggs majority of the time I lived there. It only started to stop a few months before I moved out. This alone should deter you. I also had several issues with loud neighbors. Specifically, the people above me had dogs that would bark and run around all hours of the night, specifically 12-5am. I let management know about this on several occasions. To the point where it was probably annoying how much I reached out. I can’t say if they actually reached out/fined anyone neighbors because regardless, this went on every night for several months. It didn’t stop. There were a couple months where I did not sleep at all. Since they allow dogs, just know the hallways/stairwells/elevators will smell like dog piss. (and you will probably step in it at one point or another) The management tries to clean the carpets regularly but it doesn’t help. The hallways/stairwells have strong air fresheners to cover the smell. There are fees for everything. And this is coming from someone without a pet. They make you split the water bill every month almost all residents. There are about $300 of non-negotiable additional fees on top of your rent every month. The internet alone is $90 and it was the worst service I’ve ever had. You have to pay extra on top if you would like to use the ethernet port. The building itself is poorly built/maintained. Rust/hard water everywhere. My bedroom door wouldn’t even shut because the door handle wasn’t lined up correctly. The baseboards and windows were falling apart. When I moved in, every light bulb was a different color. My security deposit was $400. I barely got $50 in the end and this was BEST CASE SCENARIO. (I left the place cleaner than it was when I moved in) I even scheduled a “walk though” prior to me moving out to show what good condition the apartment was in. Didn’t matter. The least you will spend on the “cleaning fee” is $100 and same for the “carpet cleaning” So say goodbye to your security deposit and just consider it another FEE on top of the $250 “lease initiation” fee. I can say with certainty the best thing about this apartment is the location. And that’s about it. There are good things about this place but the pros do not outweigh the cons by a long shot. The prices here are so absurd and you are absolutely not getting what you pay for. I was a good tenant with no issues and was still robbed of every last dime they could get out of me. They WILL take advantage of you at every opportunity. I would not recommended Joule Plaza to anyone I know. Save yourself."
"I would like to take a moment to share my experience as a resident here at Joule Plaza. Relocated from California in December 2021. We love it here so much, we just renewed our contract for a 3rd term,. We are so happy to be part of this community! I have lived in several rental communities all over the US in the past 30 years and this is by far the very best! The community is very safe: I have never seen the police on premises. The place is quiet and the residents are very respectful. I have forgotten items in the gym or by the pool or in the mail room area and I always found them exactly where I left them! The complex is very clean and conveniently located in downtown St. George. Offers great amenities and it’s beautifully maintained. The Leasing office team is by far the most professional I’ve ever dealt with. Both Kooper and Marianne are incredibly efficient, kind, courteous, and any type of situation that arises is promptly addressed and resolved. We are so happy to be living here, and highly recommend this community to anyone looking to relocate to Saint George: the community is beautiful and very safe, the location is prime and the dedication and professionalism of the team managing the complex truly makes it stand out from the rest!"
"I love living here so much. Me and my girlfriend have been living here for the past couple months in a cute one bedroom apartment and couldn’t be more happy. It’s a little expensive but it’s affordable when splitting the rent. The carpets indoors are always clean and the property is so beautiful. I love the view of the pool from my window. I can’t tell you how often our cat just stares at the view. If you’re looking for something boujie but affordable, I definitely recommend moving here."
