"I've lived here for 30 years raise my family here now I'm retired and the department I'm in has always had roaches never has had anything but roaches now because it's supposed to be their responsibility but now they are addicting many many many people because of their failure to do jobs on the Water and Sewer lines that needed to be done left the walls and things opened for a whole year not a good place to live it was under different supervision"

"This is the worst low income apartment ever , first off they have a German cockroaches problem, they have bug bombed my apartment 3 Times with in two weeks . I still see cockroaches, in my kitchen sometimes on my counter tops , I had to throw away two microwaves and a toaster. second off neighbors are nosiy rude . the laundry room if you put to many loads of clothes in the washers , the breaker will break down the power will be off ,the washer dryers are expensive 2:00$ load wash 100$ Load dry . the landlord is nice but the apartment it’s self is trash. The air conditioner is really old if you have it below 75 it will freeze up , they won’t replace the air conditioner witch sucks . Oh and when you move out they charge you for damage, even if you lived there 4yrs or longer they also charge you for moving out , they won’t give you you’re deposit back unless you pay for the wear and tear or damage they call it .this apartment is not worth any of you’re time or tax dollars. It’s harder then hell to get your deposit back . My spouse I had throw away our dresser nightstands, we owned two set coaches we had to throw them away , we owed two microwaves we had to throw away, all the furniture we owned was infested with German cockroaches . I kept my apartment cleaned all the time still ended up with cockroaches , health hazard they don’t take care of the source of roach problem , they had sprayed every two months, bug bombed but it didn’t take care of the nest ."

"The latest manger is nice. She helped us when she didn't have to. The manager before her Pauline was the worst person I have ever met in my life. She harassed my wife to the point she has health problems caused from stress. My wife lived there for 16 yrs. Pauline was manager for 8 yrs. In the 8 yrs of her reign of terror she wrote my wife up 9 times for nothing. My wife paid rent on time kept to herself and was a real l.j y good tenant. She stood up for herself and Pauline did not like that. It is really a long story. Just know you don't want to live there. The have sprayed every month for the last 5 yrs and still have not got rid of the german cockroaches. I find that hard to believe that they could not get rid of them. It is the worst place I have ever witnessed."

"First apartments my family and I lived at on our own after having our daughter. They are very small and a bit outdated but not too bad. We didn't like that light fixtures for the parking lot and walk way were never fixed the whole 2 years we lived there. The sidewalks weren't very safe either. My brother who has to use crutches fell several times walking to our building. They took way to much of our deposit even after spending 2 days cleaning that tiny apartment from top to bottom."
