"I came in for a tour and Suzanne was extremely informative and helpful. The office was super clean and smelled amazing. The apartment I toured was ready for move in and in excellent condition and clean. If you have not seen their renovated units you should stop by for a tour. Everyone in the property was super friendly. What impressed me the most was that they offered me a cup of coffee and had complimentary mints."

"The place was very dirty and wasn’t presentable for a place to be rented. Especially for the price they wanted it was horrible. And when it came to a tour the person just hands you the keys and doesn’t even give you a full on tour around the place/area. In other words I Felt like I was walking into a dirty motel situation!"

"Only had to leave due to job change and relocation. The current management has been doing a great job cleaning the complex up and making it easier for us as tenants for billing and other services. The overall management company is hard to work with at times but the local complex management has been great. We really appreciated how willing and helpful they were to work with as we had to leave earlier than intended."

"I’ve lived here for about 4 years now and have seen a handful of managers come go like crazy. Now with the new managers, Suzanne and Eva, things have been pretty good these past few months and have things in order. Maintenance used to take weeks before anything got done but now it’s literally within a day or a couple days if anything needs to be ordered and Harold does an excellent job in both communicating and repairing any issues you have!"

"I’m going to be honest with this interview. Moving in I was a little skeptical but after the new managers came in it got a lot better. Both of the ladies were very nice and Julie always assisted me so nicely every time I came in. The apartments themselves are cozy and fairly roomy. The only issues I had with them were minor things I felt should’ve been fixed before we moved in but nothing I’d complain about or couldn’t fix myself. Every room in the apartment had a decent bit of space and just felt nice to be in. I do wish the moving space in the kitchen was a little bigger though. The outside is really pretty but I will say sometimes needs to be cleaned a little more. Same with the pool it was really nice and so much fun but really needed to be cleaned more. The dog park was really nice I loved watching my puppy run through the tires the sand was cool to. The gym was really nice to have around I would add a couple things to it for more selection all around and also AC. For things to do I loved the walking trail behind the apartments just behind the wall. It was really beautiful and can definitely take you on some adventures. As for pricing I’d say it’s pretty reasonable for what it is. All in all I enjoyed my stay and I appreciate everyone who helped me here. I would recommend to anyone especially looking for pet friendly housing in st George."
