"Worst experience I've had with any ABA facility! Head staff members think they can interfere with the medical needs of their clients. They do not have basic understanding how to read doctor's notes and diagnosis' and they turn in client's parents to DCS with the narrative that they know better than the child's doctors and if you've had ABA at other facilities. They claim to work with children with aggressive behavior, but turn in parents when the child displays the behavior in front of them. They discriminated against my son for being g-tube dependant due to a feeding and swallowing issue he's had for years and was diagnosed by science based radiology testing and by his doctor. They reported that my son does not need those g-tube feedings and I am forcing him to have them. All my son's doctor's are in shock at the fact that reaching out for help through a BH facility would result in such a horrendous situation. I can back up review 100%. Parents beware! They will conspire together to try ruin your life and cause trauma to their clients. Update: The regional manager reached out just to lie further and claim they did what they had to. There is 0% accountability from Hopebridge for making up a 100% false call to DCS! Even after admitting it was made because they made a clerical error and couldn't see any of his records they had, the same records they site in the allegations as having. She justified it as it's just something that happens to parents of SN children. Dishonest people do not belong working with SN children."

"This place is a disgrace to the behavioral health profession. They do not work with parents as a team, but against them from every aspect. Our experience there was horrific! They ended up causing trauma to my child because they think they know better than any doctor. They call their clients doctors without medical releases and try to gain unrelated information. When denied the information, they report it to DCS. Do not be fooled by their responses to bad reviews, they will never reach out to you to hear about your experience. There are a lot of ABA places that have caring staff but this isn't one. Save your family from the added stress this facility will cause."
