"At this Village Medical I have encountered a receptionist there three times. Each time she has been racially prejudice against me. She has specifically targeted me with rude comments even when I was not interacting with her. Even thou I have reported this. I know nothing will be done about her. I believe customer service should be held at a high standard. The doctors and nurses here are amazing! They are always courteous, caring, polite and treat me with respect. Too bad this receptionist isn't like that."
