"I like Allstate. The online billing is easy. Getting spare insurance cards is easy. I have Allstate for home vehicle and umbrella. They check to make sure you're not insuring someone no longer in your family (Farmers). They are quick to help when there is an incident. When there is a claim they don't need everyone involved to sign the checks (State Farm). For the most part they won't close out a claim until you are done. They closed my fire claim early and haven't paid for all repairs beyond depreciation value, which is a negative. My last vehicle claim is still open because I was going to submit extras but the extras weren't worth my time, so, you can close that. On the vehicle claims, there is a few minor negatives. Allstate affiliate Service King does not take very good care of mechanical problems caused by accident, cosmetic is okay but my grill is bubbly, and I was basically coerced/threatened into giving them 5-star review. And for some reason glass claims are referred to a Prescott company who can't come same day, instead of Phoenix where I am, so I suspect kickbacks."
