"Working with the doctor on getting a new prescription issued for some of my allergy-related issues. Initially everything was fine, office was responsive to queries, progress updates, and were working through pre-authorization. Then something happened and the office stopped responding. Contacted insurance company and was told they were waiting on info from the doctor. Contacted the doctor and was forced to leave a message (could never get anyone on the phone), and never got a call back."

"Update: They filed a fraudulent claim with my insurance claiming they provided service, when they, in fact, DID NOT. Filing a grievance and reporting them. Just find somewhere else to get care. Completely disorganized. I took PTO to bring my kid here, appointment was for 10. I showed up at 9:45. They called me back at 10, provider didn’t come to room until 10:34. Then after seeing them I waited another 25 mins only for them to come request more money prior to testing my kid. They had all my information PRIOR to my visit, they called and provided incorrect information about what my deductible would be. I show up with my kid to get tested, I pay what they quoted on the phone AND at check-in. They start the visit and then come and tell me I actually owe $200 more. I ask can it be billed because I talked to two different staff members that quoted me the same lower amount and they refused. The “doctor” in charge came out to say it was actually my fault despite their incorrect information provided and I requested a refund. Honestly this place blows. They are completely unprofessional."

"I got tested for allergies and was told I had a follow up appointment that was included in the cost. After paying several hundred dollars for the first appointment, I got a second bill. I called, and after waiting on hold 3 times, I spoke with Maria. I explained the situation and she said that the staff never speaks about billing. She accused me of taking up her time and told me that if the bill wasn’t paid in 90 days, it would go to collections. She was rude, and insinuated that I was making up the issue."

"The doctor was very informative the first visit with my kids and I. Started allergy shots and go weekly during my lunch since they are only 15 mins away from my job and I am in and out. Don’t have to have a long wait and they are very accommodating when it comes to those appointments. For my follow ups the PA I saw was very attentive and explained everything I needed and didn’t make me feel bad for wanting to get more information on a vaccination and let me know it was my choice. So far love this place and the staff is friendly as well :)"
