"As a first time mom with a little one who was not latching, I was extremely anxious and disheartened. Lauren came out to our house within the first 24 hours of our baby being born & was so helpful! She instantly made me feel comfortable and was very thorough in her assessments. She took the time to reassure me that we would get baby latching and by the end of the appointment, he was! She provided several resources for me to utilize in between then and our follow up appointment. Lauren also personally checked in with me multiple times before our next appointment and was readily available for any questions or concerns I had.
