"Was literally one of the worst experiences we have ever had since moving and remodeling our home. The leadership to the installation team was unprofessional, not on time, had zero accountability, and we would highly recommend not using this company. The business requires payment in full up front which is the first red flag, but as the reviews were "okay" we decided to do this. We will share the design team was professional in the quoting process. The install team came and worked usually between the hours of 10am and 2pm, routinely hung around and complained about not having the right products and needing to get more "stuff" from their shop; at many times they needed multiple other staff to come out as the worker on site was clearly not capable, didn't care, or had improper training. A job that was sold as a 2 week project turned into a 3 month nightmare. The owner and management were of no help and also extremely unprofessional, after repeated attempts to remedy the situation. They were routinely rude and condescending when chatting with them as well. They left garbage and excess product on the worksite for over a month, damaged our stucco which they deny although it is on video, and were generally rude and untrained throughout the process. The cabinetry around our dishwasher was installed incorrectly and we had to hire another firm to fix it as it fell off when the door opens/closes. Needless to say after spending a considerable amount of money, we were unimpressed with the work quality, product quality, management of the company, and ethics of the business. We are reporting them to the BBB and filing suit for damages to our home and having to repair the shoddy work that was completed. Please avoid this business at all costs and feel free to reach out to us directly so that we can share our horrible experience. We hope to prevent others from suffering the same experience that we had."

Taryn was our designer, she was knowledgeable with a great sense of imagination for spacial needs as well as aesthetic beauty. Our cabinets were ready on time and beautifully made! Bradley C. loaded our cabinets like a Tetris master. He made pick up a breeze in our Arizona summer heat! Highly recommend"
