"Absolutely the worst medical clinic experience in my life. After storming in 30 minutes late for my morning appointment, Dr. Padilla became indignant when I asked her why the long delay and then she stormed out again and refused to provide service. She said the manager will come see me, but the manager was not in the building. I was told the manager would call me, but never did. The only saving grace was the wonderful lead tech Elizabeth who apologized for the situation. I’ve had problems at this clinic before when two nurses didn’t know how to operate the respirator device for my lung test. There was also incompetence by the receptionist last year who didn’t understand insurance. I believe my primary care doctor left because of this mismanagement."
