"They are very shady with regard to their billing. Fun fact if you see any of the nurse practitioners and have a procedure done they will double charge you! Got a bill for a second copay because they double charged my insurance after performing a procedure and not disclaiming that while she can perform the procedure she is unable to read the report. Therefore a second claim was open for a provider to read the results of my report that I never saw and because they classify their nurse practitioner as a family care nurse practitioner at a specialty office! Crappy business practice to make extra money and double charge."
"I’ve been going here for about 2 years for dermatology and aesthetic services. I won’t go anywhere else! If I could give Caitlyn 10 stars, I would! She is great at her job and getting great results, but is also very kind and informative. She’s one of the great ones that actually cares about what she does. Thank you for all that you do!!"
"Don't go here! Or at least don't see the male provider here. I went in for a condition that wasn't even that bad. He gave me an injection without my consent and I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for this visit. Now after some time later, my condition has gotten significantly worse. I knew I shouldn't have gone to a dermatologist at all. These people just want your money and an ego boost."
"Make sure to ask about all charges and get a print out before agreeing to any out of pocket services! I will start by saying the time with the dermatologist was great. He did a great job removing my mole and it was quick and painless. My frustration started with checking in. The front desk was busy with an elderly patient and asked one of the other ladies to help check me in. She seemed very annoyed but I let it go because we all have off days. I was taken back and right away found they didnt schedule me for what i asked which was an annual mole check but instead a spot check for one or two moles. When the dermatologist came in and looked at my mole I told him I was paying out of pocket and he said it's pretty cheap about 220 total. He then told his assistant how to fill out the paper work and he said it will be 220 total not on top of. I wasn't sure what on top of meant but I was OK with the price. Once the procedure was over I went to pay and it was the same lady who checked me in. When they told me the total it was $90 more than what was expected. I asked and she said it's the office visit charge. I explained what the doctor told me and she said that's not how I understand it. Didn't bother to ask the doctor or explain it to me and seemed annoyed that I asked. I later called the office talked to the billing department and they explained that there is always an additional charge for the office visit. Again I was annoyed but let it go. Then a week later I got a $75 dollar charge for the pathologist. When I asked what it would cost the pathologist charge and office charged was never mentioned. My cost has almost doubled since leaving the office. I did call billing again they let me know that I should have assumed there would be an additional office cost as well as an additional cost for the pathology. In any other business this would be fraudulent charges. I clearly asked the cost and was told something completely diff. I'm am very annoyed since I've had wonderful experiences here in the past. Reading reviews it seems that in the past few months something must have changed here."
"After spending my 20s thinking that tanning beds and tanning oil and countless hours in the sun was the best idea ever......a decade later I finally decided to take my health into my own hands. I had my PCP refer me to a Dermatologist. Dr Glasser has been phenomenal! She was very kind and thorough. She found a spot that she was concerned about and unfortunately it came back as melanoma. She took the time to personally call me and explain the process going forward. While very scary and overwhelming, she made sure I had all my questions answered and she handled the situation with grace and empathy and I am very fortunate for their decision to be so aggressive in treatment. The office is very clean and the staff has been wonderful! I have my procedure coming up to cute the cancer out and while I'm anxious I do feel at ease that their staff will do the best by me."
