"Davis Pediatric Dentistry was first on my list to call to set up an appointment for my 1 yo. I called the office, provided all the information required to the receptionist (including insurance information) and was told she needs to validate insurance. I'm so tired of playing this game with healthcare providers in this town. I never received a call back. I can 110% guarantee that the practice accepts our Delta Dental policy. She could have easily secured an appointment for me and then called me back IF there was a concern about insurance coverage. Nope, just the classic no call back shtick. It's exhausting trying to find folks that genuinely care about providing a service these days. Hopefully with a little coaching, they can figure out how to run scheduling more smoothly."
"My kids have been going to Davis Pediatrics for a few years now and we love them. Dr. Adam Davis has been wonderful with both of my kids. He is patient with both them (they are criers) and very informative. My daughter had to get a crown a few months ago. They got us in last minute no problem. I didn’t think she was going to be able to get through it with just laughing gas but somehow, he not only did it, but afterwards she thought it was no big deal. The front office staff has been great. They always answer quickly when I call and they worked to get my daughter in quickly when we had a tooth emergency. We couldn’t be happier at Davis Pediatrics. Thank you guys for everything!"
"I absolutely love the doctor and dental assistant. My daughter needs immediate work done and I have been calling for almost 2 weeks to get an appointment scheduled. Finally I got through only to find out that while my phone calls were being ignored they filled up until July. Dentist said this work couldn't wait until June. My daughter is in pain now and Has no appointment still."
